Project Server 2010 New Projects type in the Delete Enterprise Objects RRS feed

  • Question

  • What's the New Projects type in the Delete Enterprise Objects of Project Server 2010? Neither the creator or the Administrator can retrieve it!

  • In the Delete Enterprise Object. when you select Project you will see type as

1.Project- Project which you would have created via using either your custom Enterprise template or Default Enterprise template available by default

    2. Template- User will use this as a template for Other project.

    3. MasterProject- When you create Master project which will contain Subproject

New project will always have type "PROJECT"

For retrieval please check in Draft Database  if it is not yet published or you can also check in Archive Databse. You can select from Option available in Delete Enterprise Object -- delete the selected projects

  • There is actually a project in the Delete Enterprise Object window of type "New Project". I have been searching to determine what it means and the cause without success.

  • Hi Lucien,

Here is what you should see when clicking on "Delete Enterprise Object" then "projects".

Can you be more specific about this "new project" because I cannot see (neither remember having seen) this options.

    Hope this helps.
