Outlook 2007 Calendar Auto Refresh RRS feed

  • Question

  • We have a TV that only shows the customer service group calendar by day. Is there a way to have it auto refresh so it shows the next day without having to go in and manually change it? I did go into Tools>Options>Mail Setup> and check the option for Send/Receive but don't think this is relared to calendar.

  • Actually that's not the issue. We can display the calendar no problem. The calendar gets displayed using the Day view all day and I'd like it to roll over automatically to the next day rather than go in and manually change it to the next day? Does this make sense?

  • Outlook cannot refresh to the next day automatically but you can do it by a timed script. Even closing and restarting Outlook with the calendar folder as the startup folder will do the trick.

To close Outlook via a script see; http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/closeoutlookscript.htm
