    Hi,

    While logging into Terminal Server (2008 R2) users are getting "Group Policy client service failed the login."Access denied"error message.if we delete the existing profile,the issue gets cleared.

    Any ideas?

    The profile could be corrupt. Also ensure the All Users and Default profiles are in a good estate.

    This is a common problem when your computer remains loged in for days.

    Just take a cool boot. Also if server connection is lost this may ocour.
