SharePoint 2010 Training Courses

Regarding training courses for SharePoint 2010. In the training courses all have the capability of being able to download them. There is one called "Introduction to Records Management and Compliance" that does not allow it to be downloaded. Is this an error? Can it be changed to allow it to be downloaded?

From http://office.microsoft.com/en-in/sharepoint-server-help/training-courses-for-sharepoint-2010-HA104039045.aspx, this training course is only available for watch online currently.
