Regional Settings - Conditional formatting going wrong RRS feed

  • Question

  • the following problem occurs: When creating a conditional formatting for a row within a list for example i use deadline Less Than Or Equal to [Current Date]
I does not work because my site is set on Site Settings > Reginal settings to Dutch[ Nederlands]  if I change to English [ US] it works .. the problem is that Dutch is dd-mm-yyyy format  and English is (mm/dd/yyyy) , Wel the users are Dutch and prefer the notation they are used to.

I asking this because I think it must be global server config.

    any help app.. thnks.

  • Create a column for your text version date and call it what ever you want "DateDutch".

Select Calculated (calculation based on other columns) type

Down in the Formula window insert this formula:

    =TEXT(Date,"dd-mmmm-yyyy")

  •  Hi I found the solution:

In Case someone is reading this and looking for the same.

This is an know BUG it is solved within Service Pack 1.  I have tested it on serveral configurations with and without SP1. I was working on a system without SP1 :-(

    the fix description :

Excel Services Values that include array formulas are not updated   when you copy the values between worksheets.

    have fun.
