SCSM 2012 - Need to create a notification email when there is any change on an Incident RRS feed

  • Hello,

    Need to create a notification email for any status change. activity done, notes added on a Incident in Service manager 2012.

    If any analyst is adding a note or doing activity on any incident then emails notification should go to Affected user and Vice versa.

    pls help.
