  • Hi

You can block a group from receiving any external email by ticking "Require that all senders are authenticated" - Mail Flow Settings Tab -> Message Delivery Restrictions.

  • you will have to try 11/12/24/28 and get this right. - HUB Pedicates

    Then maybe drop that message.

  • Hello,

If the transport rule can't work, there should not be a good way.

  • I have configured this as

where ANY of the receipient is in TO or CC "" and from address matches "" this is working fine

but if some one sends to keeping my group address as BCC it will reach the members of the groups :(

    any ideas???

  • You will have to create a rule which checks the message header.
