    Hi,

        When I take Remote of a PC mstsc.exe crashes and it shows close the program.When I opened Eventviewer the following error was displayed.

    Hi,

    Faulting module path: C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\RN5UI.DLL

    It seems that the crash is related with printer spooler:

    I would first suggest you update or reinstall your printer drivers for a test.

    Or run command sfc/scannow (with admin prvilege)

    Replace this entry with a correct one (if you have a similar system which has the same file.)

    I've tried the above steps mentioned but the issue still persists
