Hi , Not really a question but an advisory.
Over the last week we have had many customers with the issue that Outlook says it is connected but nothing syncs, the conection status shows connection established but it doesn't retrieve new mail.
This may only apply in Australia as we found that all customers affected had Telstra as their ISP, it seems that recently Telstra may have implemented IPv6 support and that is messing with the connection to 365. In all cases disabling IPv6 on the router
resolved the issue immediately .
