Sweep function not working RRS feed

  • When I change the sort order of emails form Date to From, the Sweep function will not work in Office 365.

  • Hi FLPylot,

    In case there was something wrong with the view settings, please follow the steps to reset view in Outlook:

    Exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook.exe /cleanviews and then press Enter.

    If issue persists. it can also be related with Outlook data file. Please follow the steps in this article to repair data files.

    Besides, what's the detailed version of Office 365? Please upgrade to the newest version to see if it helps.
