install or upgrade SCCM 1511 to SCCM 1606? instead of going 1602

I have installed SCCM 1511 having boot image issue unable to do perform pxe boot for windows7/8/8.1 computers it is excepted behavior ADK 10 version is 10.1.10586.0. it is mandatory to load 3143760 hotfix.

Second question it is possible to install or upgrade SCCM 1511 to SCCM 1606? instead of going 1602? again ADK 1607 needs to install separately or it is part of Configuration Manager 1606

ADK isn't part of SCCM, you have to download and install it separately, first you uninstall the old version, then install the new version and then you do the upgrade on SCCM. And yes, you can upgrade from 1511 to 1606.
