    when i put any email id in place from in my outlook and send email it goes. how it possible?

    needed RCA ... plz help..

    hi,

    Please check the full access rights.

    Right click a user and open his properties, under exchange advanced tab click the mailbox rights, check if you are in the list and check the permission.

    User have configured pop account on outlook client, even though his account is on exchange server(2003).

    now he is able to send mails on behaf of any user. Also he don't have send behalf rights on exchange.

    what is the resion? How he can send mail on behalf of any user?

    In above screenshot "Default SMTP virtual server" property shows "Anonymous Access" is enable.

    Is this the resion thats Bcoz user can send mail on behalf of any user by configuring SMTP & POP setting in outlook?
