    When use SFB mobility on tablet, however those tablets do not have any phone number that the employees know. How can we configure Skype for Business to not ask for the phone number?

    We could ask to fill in a dummy phone, but the customer does not want this. how we can bypass the phone number question?

    You could flip the settings using Set-CsMobilityPolicy from PowerShell, but it would be per-user, it couldn't be set one way for a phone and another for a tablet for the same user.  Otherwise, there's no control over this.
