windows7 professional x64 rolling themselves back RRS feed

  • Question

  • windows 7 professional x64 systems - ghost rollout to HP hardware - all working fine for 3/4 months but now random systems are seemingly automatically restoring themselves to an earlier point in time. systems restored to post sysprep - pre-domain-join status - all deployed software has disappeared - this has now happened to around 12 systems over the last month - server 2008 domain environment - large college campus - i can find nothing on this but surely i am not the only person having this issue?? - solutions/ideas welcome.

  • Since you used Ghost to image to deploy systems, we are not able to provide more information. You may consider to re-deployment systems by *.wim images with WDS in Windows Server or with SCCM.
