how to notify affected user when analyst has been assigned ? RRS feed

  • I cannot find anywhere how to create notification or workflow which would send email to Affected User the first time Assigned To is assigned to incident.

    Actually I want to inform my users when their incidents start being solved, and this happens only when analyst is assigned. New incidents are not assigned to anyone.

    I should mention that emails should not be sent if second/third/so on analysts are assigned to this same incident.
