Project Server 2013 Timesheet Issue when changing Booking Type to Proposed from Committed

    We are running Project Server 2013 with the November 2016 CU, 15.0.4875.1000 . 

    Scenario:  User has assignments from multiple project's listed on his Timesheet and has created a Timesheet for the current week.  When his Booking Type for one of the project's listed on his Timesheet for that week is changed from "Committed" to "Proposed", the next time he tries to save the Timesheet - he receives an error "An error occurred while communicating with the server. Check connectivitiy with your administrator to determine whether further action is necessary."  I have been able to reproduce this issue.  This error occurs whether or not any hours have been booked to the project where the change was made and only occurs when the Timesheet has been created.

    Temporary Workaround: Delete the Timesheet and resubmit it.

    Does anyone else have this issue?  We use the Booking Type to control what people can see on their Timesheets and have a requirement to hide projects/tasks that are put "on hold".  I understand their are other ways to hide the lines but this is the easiest and always worked in the past.
