  I am a bit confused about your question. Could you please clarify more details? What did you mean about cannot found "F:"? Did you mean you cannot see the F drive in file explore? Or when you use net use F: \\xxxxxx command it throws the error message that cannot found F?

  

  Please change to other drive letter to do a test. Like Z, G. Then check if you mount NAS successfully.
