Application deployment (installation / upgrade) fail

Question

SCCM 2012
Hello everybody,
I am new in SCCM and planning to use it for client deployment (more than 200 clients).
I have heard that SCCM fails client deployments (application installation/upgrade) under the following situations:
1) Clients are running but more users are log-in (switched users)
2) Client deployment is based on user assignments and not for PC.
From my side it looks strange, but before buying and implementing it I need your advices.
Thanks

Where did you hear that? Both statements are wrong.

Configuration Manager uses the local system account of each client device when running an installation.

Past experiences from different people. I assumed that very strange, possibly missed/wrong configuration.
The only things that I know that they did not have administrator rights. May be the reason.
Another question arises:
how to deploy applications through clients without administrator rights?
Thanks
