After this pw change the "Automation" for SMA in WAP is out of function.

Now my challenge: How I can change this password for this connection? How can I re-establish this connction to SMA service?

    THANKS!

    regards - Tom

P.S. If you need further information please feel free to contact me...

  • You just modify the SMA endpoint connection service account.

Go to the Automation Dashboard, click on the SMA Endpoint and you can modify the password.

  • Hello Samir,

    Thanks for your reply, but...

if the password was changed before, this option is not possible.

The point "Automation" is greyed out. :-( So I'm not able to realize your solution.

    maybe you have another solution?

    THANKS!

    regards - Tom

  • you can use the Windows Azure Pack powershell cmdlets to unregister SMA then register it again.
