Screen going blank/sleep? after 30 minutes

Question
-
Firstly, awful forum category list! Secondly I feel such a noob asking this! Thirdly I feel obliged to say that before searching and asking for help done the following.
1. Screen saver is set to None
2. Power settings are on balanced ( I have also tried the high performance setting also)
3. in advanced settings mutli-media is set to "prevent idling to sleep" and almost everything else set to Never or set to 10000 minutes.
Note Its a tower and not a laptop so its always plugged in. I shan't bore you with computer specs but via the ASUS Mobo its set to high performance through the EPU-6 engine.
every time between 30-35 minutes the screen goes blank during video playback, until I move the mouse or keyboard. I will add that with headsets or speakers I use still have sound, so the film itself is still running. Its just the screen that blacks out.
whilst jumping out of my very comfortable couch to move the mouse keeps me fit, after a 12 hour shift it would be nice to sit on my a~~ and watch a film without having to move every 30 minutes.
Hopefully some one has a fix for this and can sort me out. however I do not really want to download anything like caffeine etc. to work around this. I upgraded from windows 7 too 10 and hoped that this issue would be sorted! P.S other than that I do think Windows 10 is incredible! I mean really, really, really good!
Thanks in advance everyone
