Polycom cx600/3000 unable to login : Cannot connect to network. RRS feed

  • Issue : Polycom cx600/3000 unable to login. VVX600 model working fine.

    Error on the phone : Cannot connect to network. Check your network connection to ensure that it is connected to the right port.

    Phone Firmware version : 4.0.7577.4372 .

    Test-CsPhoneBootstrap is success.

    Reset the pin and tried but no luck.

    Port reset from network end and no luck.

    Connected the working phone in non-working port – working fine (VVX600) .

    Connected the not working phone in working port – no luck (CX600/3000) .

    Hard reset the phone but no luck

    Would you please tell us did the issue happen to all Polycom CX3000/600?

    For your error message, please check if your network had any issue.

    Also upgrade the firmware to the latest, then test again.
