  • The registration is not possible for this user. Looks like the server could not be reached.

    Do you have configured everything on you DNS server for autodiscover?

    you can  try manually specifying the pool information and check if you can login. This seems to be a network related issue

    Agree with others.

    Did you mean that you can’t sign in SFB client successfully with this error message?

    If so, the affected users are internal users or external users?

    For this issue, please check if you have the correct DNS records for SFB server, the following document is for your reference

  • now I get this error

    Testing the SSL certificate to make sure it's valid.
      The SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks.
     
    Additional Details
      Elapsed Time: 373 ms.
     
    Test Steps
     
    The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to obtain the SSL certificate from remote server sip.domain.com on port 5061.
      The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer wasn't able to obtain the remote SSL certificate.
     
    Additional Details
     
    The certificate couldn't be validated because SSL negotiation wasn't successful. This could have occurred as a result of a network error or because of a problem with the certificate installation.

    Elapsed Time: 349 ms.

    i did check my certificate using certutil..it shows perfectly fine..no errors

    Did you try the suggestions above?

    For the error “ The SSL certificate failed one or more certificate validation checks”, please try to renew certificate on SFB server side.
