The problem seems to a problem with the database. Can you setup a new DB using "Data Store Configuration".

  • Hello Rahul,

can you create a new connection to your SQL Database using "Data Stoe Configuration" in the Start menu. Is Runbook Server starting then?

    Regards,

  • I had the same issue and it turned out that I was installing individual components from the setup page. Please Click on Install on top of the setup page and that should resolve the problem.
