Digial Signature - how to get the certification graphic along with the signature? RRS feed

  • Question

  • When you sign a PDF, you see the signature over top of some graphics which represent the certificate authority of the signer.

When you sign a Word document, you just see a signature - with whatever text they entered.

Is there any way to format the Word signature to look more like the PDF signature?   I'd like to make invalid signatures stand out right away...

  • Hi,

What does the Digital Signature look like in a PDF file? Would you please provide a screenshot to help us understand it? If you cannot upload a screenshot in the forum, you can share it to us via GBSD TN Office Information Collection ibsofc@microsoft.com. Please involve the thread URL in the message for easy follow-up.
