ALT+TAB - option not working in Virtual PC - Windows 7

I usually have multiple windows open in Virtual Machine an have a need to toggle between them - in VMware i am able to do this with no problem - but in Virtual PC i can't - Please help i have changed my setting for Virtual PC as below :
Virtual PC for Keyboard -->Send Windows key combination such as ALT + TAB -->to the Virtual Machine - doesn't work - has anyone encountered this - my Host is Windows 7 x64
I have used all options on Keyboard - nothing works -

Hi,
In Virtual PC, when you hit alt + tab, you get the Alt + Tab window of the guest OS. When you're in a VPC, hit Ctrl + Alt + Tab to bring up the host's Alt+ Tab window.
