Need files to resolve server 2008 add / remove roles problem - KB961260

  Hi,
  
  I'm unable to add / remove roles from our 2k8 server and cannot install SP2 - troubleshooting seems to indicate a failed / corrupt windows update & files missing from KB961260:

  I've tried unpacking the files from: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/961260   - but they seem to be missing / newer versions.
  
  Any way to get hold of the files - seems to be the only way to avoid a complete server reinstall?
