  • I'm also unable to uninstall/Repair as "Programs and Features" reports back that Admin privs are required, even though I've disabled UAC.  When I try using installer, it states that "Another version of this product it already installed". Nowhere to go it seems!

  • Needed a reboot after disabling UAC.   Have uninstalled now & am reinstalling.

  • Are there any more logs in the Event Viewer related to the crash?

  • Same issue here (after installing latest hotfix).

There was PowerShell Connector installed recently (an it requires the fix).

    It is on Win 2012,

Portal/service is installed on the same machine (but not yet updated with hotfix) - don't know if it can be anyway related.

  • Mine is Server 2008 R2. All in one server. Service/Portal is patched to same version.
