This error may be related to the opportunistic locking is not enabled.
In order to enable it, we need to modify the registry, please make
sure you back up the registry firstly.
Then follow the steps:
1. Go to start and type regedit.exe in the search field.
2. Select regedit.exe from the list.
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
4. Change the value of the REG_DWORD EnableOplocks
from 0 to 1 (enabled).
Reboot your computer and retry your offline files synchronization.
