Deny permission in NAV RRS feed

  • Is there Deny permission in Microsoft Dynamics NAV as SQL permission? I see only YES and Indirect.

  • I understand you, but 'Deny' in NAV doesn't exist. You have to be careful and make a lot test with your roles. It doesn't matter NAV2009 or NAV2013 or any older versions. Is all the same.

  • No, there no Deny permission in NAV. If you want to give permission, you need put Yes; if you don't want to give, leave the blank.

  • OK, but I have to much risks if I use this way. When I add a few roles to one user, I can make mistake if one role does allow, and other doesn't allow. If I have not Deny, I am not a sure about security.
