ProClarity Analytics Server 6.3 installation failes! RRS feed

    I was trying to install PAS 6.3. All the hardware requirements are checked and are correct.

    IIS seetings (ASP is alloed and Server Side Include is Allowed). But when I go through the installation steps, it stops and dive me warning that:

     - Activer Server Pages on the IIS needs to be Allowed

     - Server Side Include on the IIS needs to be allowed too. But They are already have been set to Allowed!

    and it stopes the installation from procedd.

    Anyone has any idea?

    A couple of things to try:

    1. check in the metabase for the correct settings - metabase.xml is located at %windir%\system32\inetsrv
    Each of the following should show a "1" value in the IIS MetaBase.xml:
    1,C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\ssinc.dll,0,SSINC,Server Side Includes
    1,C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\asp.dll,0,ASP, Active Server Pages

    2. Try changing the environment variables in system properties from the %userprofiler% location to a fixed location such as 'c:\temp'.  Do this for both the TEMP and TMP variables.
