Outlook 365 calendar events not showing beyond one year RRS feed

  • Question

  • In Outlook 365, how can we get the calendar to display prior events beyond one year?  This is a corporate environment with an Exchange Server running Exchange 2013.

  • Hi Wesley Cline,

Does this issue occur to multiple users? Can you see these prior events on the web mail?

If these events are only invisible on Outlook client, in case they were hidden by a view setting, we can reset view to test the results. To do this, please go to Calendar folder and then click View > Reset View.

If items are not available on the web mail, we can check if items are archived to a .pst file. Please right click your calendar folder and choose Properties. Under AutoArchive tab, see whether it was turned on.

Besides, it can also be related with a corrupted data file. Please follow the steps in this article to repair Outlook data files.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry
