    please read below and kindly walk through the link.

    User Certificates: If these fail, then possible causes could be no access to the RMS server, a problem with the SQL connection to RMS, or an antivirus program blocking the certificates on your system. The best thing to do is make sure that you can hit the four important URLs from the client’s web browser without any errors, pop-ups, or certificate issues. In addition, the URLs should be listed at the bottom right of the browser as being either trusted or intranet zoned. 

    Incompatible Applications: Make sure that you are on RMS SP1 client or later. Earlier versions of RMS didn't support things like Virtual Machines and several antiviruses. If you have an incompatible AV on your system, that AV will put itself into AppInit mode. RMS may fail because it thinks that there is a malicious program trying to steal information from your lockbox. To fix the problem, you may want to take the offending program off the system if it is listed here.
