Can you integrate NAP and Azure?

Question

Hi,
I'm trying to find out if Network Access Protection(corp) can be integrated with Azure? I can't find any information on this topic. Also what other roles can you integrate(onpremise to cloud) with Azure? I know about ADFS.
Thanks for some clues, articles, links and simple explanations,

Sure you can use it with Azure, you can use it anywhere there is a network and you have a version of Windows Server and a Windows client that supports it.
However, NAP is only supported on Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2 at this point, which will be out of service on January 10, 2023. So, you really should not use NAP.
Maybe you are referring to NPS not NAP. NPS is fully supported in Azure.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer. What would be the equivalent to using NAP then (2016+)? How to go about with NPS? Can you integrate NPS on premise with Azure? How does this work?
Thanks again.

There is not really a replacement service provided by Microsoft that does what NAP did.
You might have a look at device compliance settings in Intune and config mgr.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/device-compliance-get-started
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/compliance/get-started/get-started-with-compliance-settings
If you want to integrate on-prem services with Azure, you should consider Hybrid AD/AAD join devices. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/devices/concept-azure-ad-join-hybrid and co-management https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/comanage/overview
If you're using NPS for authentication have a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-nps-extension
