  • Hi Fakhri Nazmi.

    The 0x0000009F (DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE) bug check indicates that the driver is in an inconsistent or invalid power state; the igdkmd64.sys module is the Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows.
    Did you make any change on the system after which the problem started to appear?

  • I dont know if i accidently change the system...but its started to happen when i just got back home for school holidays...So do i need to update the driver or what?..Thx for ur concern.

    Yes, if you can update the video driver (the dump file excerpt you've published does not provide any information about it) to a newer version and check the system's behaviour.
