how to see if a SSD is an OPAL drive? RRS feed

    Hello!
    Do anybody know how to create a query for seeing which drives that are OPAL compliant?
    I have looked into the diskdrive namespace but can't see anything that could point out if OPAL compliant.

    Any pointers would be welcome!

    Thank you Xin,

    It would probably work as well, but requires knowledge abut all OPAL drives on the market and thought if there is any way to find out without adding inforamtion.

    I looked into the WMI namespace diskdrive but can't see anything that would show it is an OPAL drive.

    There should be a way to find that info, but I can't find out how...
