Provisioning Users to AD LDS RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi-

I've  a requirement to provision users to ADLDS from a text file, I've the MA's for both Delimited text file and AD LDS. will it be possible to do a codeless provisioning ? if yes, what attributes does it require for AD LDS if I have to built sync rule in FIM Portal for outbound sync to AD LDS?

    Please advise.

    Thank you

  • Hi,

sure you can do codeless provisioning of ADLDS objects, like I did in my Environment.

The Attribute depends on what Schema extensions you use on installing LDS, but most of the Attribute will be very similar to AD attributes if you use for example user and inetorg extension ldf.

Also like in AD the anchor in ADLDS is the DN.

As this all is very similar to AD-DS you could follow the Provisioning to AD Guide and adapt this to ADLDS

  • Hi,

Yes, You can do codeless provisioning for this.

Attributes are to be mapped :

DN(*), sAMAccontName(*), Email, UPN(*), UAC(*), givenNAme, sn, DisplayName, unicodepwd(*) and many more attributes according to your requirement.

Attributes with (*) must flow with initial Flow and You can flow additionally without initial flow also as per need.

    Thanks~
