Hello,
I am having Two Trusted Domain. Domain A and Domain B, In Domain A SCCM Server is installed. Is it possible to push the SCCM Clients to Domain B Client Systems. If Yes How to proceed.
Please help me to fix this issue.

Yes, if you configure a Client Push account that has local administrative permissions on the computer in the trusted domain.

As Kent says, the Site server just needs permission (Client Push Accounts) to touch those clients in Domain B, as it does in Domain AWednesday, September 21, 2011 12:42 PM -

Lets say there are about 200 users available in the domain. do we need to manually grant the local admin permission for each an every users. Please advise.
