Outlook 2010 Calendar printing RRS feed

  • Question

  • This year I have experienced a problem printing the 'month to view' calendar. Previously (I can't remember the month) the calendar only printed from the Monday following the 1st of the month and not the beginning of the month. This resulted in me not being able to see appointments prior to the first Monday. The same has happened for July! I want to print my calendar for the WHOLE of July (starting on Sunday, 1st but the printed page only starts from Monday, 2nd July and includes an additional blank line for 6th to 12th August. My week is set to start on Monday. This is really frustrating as I want to share this printed calendar with colleagues. Can you help please?

  • Hi,

    If you want to print calendar starting on Sunday, please try to change "First day of week" to "Sunday" in Outlook 2010, follow these steps:

    1. Click File -> Options -> Calendar.
    2. Drop down "First day of week", and point to "Sunday"
    3. Click OK.
