The E2K3 tracking tool will follow the message over all the Exchange
    servers it passes through.

No, I mean that to trace will have in it all the 2003 servers that
    touched the message.

    >Is it possible to search message by message subject?

    No.

Have you looked at the Exchange 2003 "message tracking center"? If you
    have you'd know the answer.

  • Yes, you can use the Exchange Server 2003 Message Tracking Center to search for all types of messages, including system messages, public folder messages, and e-mail messages.

Please note, by default, message tracking is not enabled. You must enable this feature on each server for which you want to track messages. For details, see this document. Hope helps.
