    i have a medion computer with intel celeron inside

    whilst surfing sysmantec anti virus informed me it had found about 20 virus's   -   then froze

     

    after rebooting it will no loger load fully going to the safe mode / start windows normally option page

    when any of the options here are taken it loads partially then returns to the start of the booting and then to the same safe mode/start windows normally page

     

    does anyone know how to solve this before the local gangsters at the computer shop take most of my holiday money ?

     try to boot from the DVD and u might get an option where it says "repair your computer " at the bottom of the screen wher it says install now.

     

     

     Then click on startup Repair and restart your computer. you should be able to get back to desktop.
