SQL instance error 10061

Hi All,

I've installed the SQL 2005 in my VM. from last day it showing instance error 10061. I've checked everything like related services,Memory, TCP/IP, Network connection and everything is fine. But still now I couldn't sign to my DB. Let me know the cause and solution.
