Mailbox Size

I am migrating from Zimbra and I have users that have very large mailboxes. My question is that when I start the migration am I going to lose emails since the max mailbox limit in exchange is 10GB? Or will it transfer everything and then is is my decision what goes into a PA?

The max limit can be raised. You are not locked into that number. Set it to whatever size your org requires
