Hoe to create Manually AppFabric Throttling scenario

Hi,

I want to see wether my MP is working. for that i have to manually create the throttling scenario for my cache server. how can i do that?

please help me

I did not find the way to manually create the throttling scenario. Does any information as below to check the AppFabric health help?
