Hi. I am so frusrated with this website. It is so hard to find what I am looking for each time I get on it and I can never find a way to get a quick question answered...
My problem...which I know you all will be better at solving for me than all the "help' links on here.
I bought a downloadable option of Microsoft Office. The installation didn't complete and I no longer have the email confirming my order. I want to start the install again, but I need to find out how to get it again. I did purchase the download reinstall-protection-thing when I bought it. I can't figure out how to get to it to try the install again.
(There was a lag from when I bought it before Christmas to now.)
