Could you provide more related error information from error page or 12/LOGS folder ?
You need to check whether just only the restored Excel libraries are affected.
You can try to save your .xlsx file as .xlsb file per this
post,
Or try to change the way of opening browser-enabled documents per this
post.
And you can re-configure your excel Trusted file location from SSP, restart IIS and check result again.
