Unable to Load Workbook/Data Refresh Failed after restore RRS feed

    All,

    We did a restore using stsadm from a backup file, after the restore we are now getting Unable to Load Workbook error when I (the owner/admin) of the site, but my user is getting Data Refresh Failed on an odc connection... 

    We rebooted the server, what am I missing, Nothing has changed just the restore..

    Hi Jsnmk,

    Could you provide more related error information from error page or 12/LOGS folder ?

    You need to check whether just only the restored Excel libraries are affected.

    You can try to save your .xlsx file as .xlsb file per this post,

    Or try to change the way of opening browser-enabled documents per this post.

    And you can re-configure your excel Trusted file location from SSP, restart IIS and check result again.
