caller id RRS feed

  • Hi i want all the users when they dial out to have the same caller id but i cannot seem to figure out how to do this i found somewhere that says to go to route and click on surpass caller id or something like that and put in the number i want but that doesnt seem to work. 

    if any one could help me out it would be really appreciated thanks in advance

    You can suppress the caller ID and replace it with a specified alternative caller ID on the Voice Route.

  • Are you putting the calls out of a shared gateway or out of the Mitel's ISDN/SIP trunks?? If they are going through the mitel the caller ID tag may be overwritten at a network level.

  • you were right i had to call my sip trunk company and they changed it for me one more question if possible on a normal phone if i dial *67 it hides the caller id my sip trunking company offer that but how do it with lync
