    Hi All - Have a user here using Outlook 2016.  They hate the size of the 'New Message' mail alert that flashes on the desktop and say it's too big and intrusive.  Is it possible to reduce the size of the alert box when new messages arrive?

    The 'New Message' desktop alert box is not resizeable.
