having multiple user accounts in windows 8.1 RRS feed

  •     Can I have a local user account without having administrator  password   for all changes  and  then on other user account  have it where it has to have administrator password for changes.Is that possible,since I am the administrator?Thank You,for your help. Sheliasluck

  • Hi,

    If the setting is an administrator task, the local account must have administrator privileges to change it. So other standard account will occur User Account Control (UAC ) pop-up when they change the setting.

    And if you want to enforce some settings, the account must needs administrator privileges.
