  I'll have to do some further investigation as I have been replying to multiple threads and I don't see this same issue. I am using the same OS and browser as you.

  Thanks,
  When I first started a newly opened reply window used about the bottom 1/3 of the screen.
  It's now up to about 2/3 of the screen.
