Synchronizing Date Format for all Domain users and computers

    Question

  • Hello,

I want to synchronize all the date formats automatically from my server into (dd/mm/yy). is this possible to do using a group policy?

I was able to synchronize the time using the w32time, but it didnt work for the date format.

    Thank you.

  • Hi,
It is called Region and Language settings, group policy could be used to configure that, please follow the article to have a try step by step:

  • Dear Wendy,

I found the setting and followed the instructions properly, and I changed the settings, but it wasnt working. I restarted the server and the settings that I modified reverted back to the default ones.

All the other policies that I have dont have a reason to conflict with the regional settings.

    What could cause this?

    Best Regards,
