Dear Wendy,
I found the setting and followed the instructions properly, and I changed the settings, but it wasnt working. I restarted the server and the settings that I modified reverted back to the default ones.
All the other policies that I have dont have a reason to conflict with the regional settings.
What could cause this?

Regarding the GPP not working, you might need watch for F5-F6-F7-F8 keys, please see details from:
